Psychotherapy Helps

Counselling & Psychotherapy in South Hertfordshire

Joan Crooks Psychotherapist Hemel Hempstead

I offer you a safe and professional environment for your therapeutic journey. I understand that kindness and sensitivity, as well as experience and strength, are essential to help you face anxieties and challenges along the way to feeling better about what troubles you.

You may prefer to start with a set number of focused sessions, or longer term, more in-depth work.

If there are issues from your past that have not been understood or emotionally dealt with then they may continue to cause you problems in adult life. You need care and support to feel free of their burden. My role is to help therapeutically with this task.
