Psychotherapy Helps

Counselling & Psychotherapy in South Hertfordshire

Steve Seaton Psychotherapist St Albans

With over 40 years' professional experience, I know that someone who is troubled or unhappy can receive great comfort when given understanding and emotional support.

If you feel confused, anxious, distressed or despairing, it can really help to find a secure space where feelings can be expressed, problems shared and difficulties explored. You need to have confidence in the therapist's reliability and character, and to have certainty that you will not be judged, patronised or pressurised in any way.

Much of my work is in general counselling and psychotherapy with a wide variety of issues, and with clients of all ages and backgrounds. I also have particular experience in the support of young adults.
